These bushings are excellent; they are simple to install and much less of a pain to replace than the factory steel-sleeved monsters. I have used them before. I'll keep purchasing them.

On my 2012 F250, I fitted these. It is a difficult task, but it is very well in the end because if the worn mounts are not replaced promptly, your plastic radiator will begin to leak. These definitely ride stiffer and make a little more noise from the road. But it's a reliable kit.

Of course, it needs to be welded in place, but any body shop can take care of this for you. With the rusted-out fender well, the car was useless, but this restored its brand-new appearance. Thank you very much. Four of my friends already bought it to fix their Ford Escapes after I informed them about it, and they couldn't be happier. Would I repeat it? OMG, YES!

Using for my 2007 Nissan Frontier on my upper arms. The coil bucket contact is made easier by the front being raised by 2".To use on a 2nd generation Frontier or Xterra, you'll need to drill a slightly wider hole on your upper arm to accommodate the bumpstop's bolt. The bumpstop was then fastened to the arm using a 3/8 16 wing nut on each side of the car.How-to Install Energy Suspension Bump Stops is a thread on the Newx Xterra forum that provides useful information and pictures.

These outperform OEM in strength. However, removing the old ones could require more labor than the average person wants to do. I began removing the old bushings with my wife's assistance. She eventually gave up because the bolts were challenging to turn after a while. It took roughly six hours to finish the task. mostly because I had to handle the outdated material. The outcome is worthwhile.

For the purposes for which it was purchased, it performed well. When you do contact the bump stops, it is much harsher than it would normally be because the material is much harder than what is typically utilized for this type of application. Enlarging the center hole and/or placing a soft rubber washer between this item and its mount, however, will allow you to "tune" how hard it impacts.

I purchased a 2005 GMC Canyon after noticing that the bump stop on one side was missing. I paid a reasonable price for this because I couldn't find a specific substitute. It fit, but I had to trim off around 1/8" of the outside, which is typical for a universal. Since I lacked a grinder and couldn't do it quickly with a knife, I secured it to a piece of wood and used a chop saw to finish the job. It was GM's fault that the bolt hole needed to be somewhat reamed out and that a wrench was required to hold the nut in place while the rubber was rotated to tighten it. I'm hoping that makes the ride smoother or at the very least stops any damage. If the other side breaks off as well, I'll replace it when I feel like it.
