I've never purchased an Animal Pak before. I used to take Orange Triad, but I wanted Animal Pak's added choline and a few other benefits. I don't have any problems with the vitamins, and I feel like I have more energy than I did before. However, if I take the amount as directed, I have headaches in the afternoon. I therefore divided it in half. I don't necessarily think that is something that the vitamin or vitamin makers are to blame for; rather, it is probably just my system. If you experience the same problem, though, you should simply cut back and see how they affect you. (I am not as active as I should be, and these are designed for people who make exercise a priority in their daily lives; this may contribute to some of my problems. The fact that I am a carpenter among other things means that they do help with muscle mass, etc., just from daily work while I am actually carpentering. :D) Having said that, part of the objective of buying them was to get back to regular exercise.

They are gummy, indeed. I know. I had to overcome it as well. However, they come with all the elements I was looking for. There are six servings every day. My 15-year-old son consumes three in the morning and three at night. I'll type that again for you: HE TAKES THEM BY HIMSELF. He simply refuses to take the large pills from other brands (I barely can take mine every day). The strategy you stick to consistently is preferable to the ideal one you abandoned. I've had Amazon Prime for five years, but up until now, I've never left a review. These supplements ROCKS. No ifs, ands, or buts, please. My hair and nails are growing like weeds even though I've only been taking them for two weeks. In fact, after 18 years of habitual nail biting, my nails are now too strong and thick to even bite!
