Recently, I assisted a buddy with moving into a new condo. In his bedroom, we installed a TV; but, since there isn't a dresser or other furniture in front of it, the cords are left hanging. We made an effort to wrap them, but they still don't look well and don't mix in very well.I discovered these Cord Covers, which come with every tool imaginable. This cord cover is well-designed and manufactured. I haven't painted it after installation, but it's supposed to be paintable, so that's a positive. This type appealed to me because it has enough of cord space (it could probably fit 10 HDMI cables) and is a 48" continuous cover rather than several pieces that need to be pieced together. You must be prepared to drill some holes in the wall because the cover is made to be mounted with screws. Some covers are made to be taped on with double-stick adhesive. It is VERY secure once attached. The base plate is bolted to the wall, and the cover clips onto the base's sides. This two-piece design is highly effective. When the cover is fastened to the base, there is virtually no space between it and the wall. Why then only four stars? There are six pairs of mounting holes spaced evenly throughout the 48" base, which is how the base is delivered. However, the kit only includes 6 screws. With only 6 screws, the entire 48" base plate cannot be firmly fastened to the wall. You need at least 8 people, ideally 10. Therefore, I will have to buy more screws and plastic anchors on my own to finish the installation properly. Still a quality item that I can suggest.

excellent looking on the wall. I have two HDMI cables, an optical sound cable, and a TV power wire flowing through it, and it closes so tightly that I can't tell which side opens. Self-adhesive seems to be doing a wonderful job thus far since I put it up yesterday. It comes in a great shade of white that should mix nicely with most walls, however I painted it quickly before I placed it up. It was simple to cut, and I just sawed it to the right length with a bread knife. Very tidy appearance.One drawback was how inadequately it was packed. The first one I received had a dent in the center. I did receive a replacement from Amazon at no cost, and I was able to use the sides of the bent one for little crafts after cutting them.

I'm so glad I bought this! When I initially opened the box, I was a little let down because the first thing I noticed was "not for use on textured walls," which I hadn't noticed on the website when I had made the order. It's very textured because I bought it for the wall above my fireplace, where my TV is mounted. Anyway, because the kit includes anchors and screws in addition to adhesive tape, I decided to give it a try. I decided not to try to use the tape because I believed that, if not immediately, it would come off the block without much effort. I used my portable power drill to drill a tiny hole directly through the white cable concealer that I had measured, then I screwed in the bolt. Since I'm only hiding two lightweight cables, I didn't use the anchor. In this situation, an anchor didn't seem essential, and I didn't want one to remain in the brick indefinitely. Overall, I only needed to work alone for less than 20 minutes to complete this installation. The set's corner covers, which were ideal because the cord needed to go around the corner of the wall to be completely hidden, are another feature I adore.

These are my greatest favorite things ever! We mounted our television, and since we have kids, we have cords. It comes with all of these attachments so you can position the cable anywhere you like. I was seeking for something to cover the unsightly wire that Verizon had to install fiber, which required drilling through my front door. Fortunately, I came across One-Cord Channel Cable Concealer. The majority of my time was spent measuring and experimenting with the parts and their interplay. I cut my first and second channels after taking precise measurements and making mockups. They fit over the door quite well. Actually, I connected the wall first and then applied double-sided tape to the channels. I discovered that this method of installation was the simplest and most forgiving. I positioned the remaining channels back to back after using just one curved piece. I thought the straight connectors were a little hefty. The seams are rarely obvious when everything is lined up perfectly straight (use a level), and after painting, they should be nearly invisible. Later, I'll paint to match.Simply put, a fantastic product at a fantastic price.

I had some unsightly wires coming from my floor speakers and going to the tv stand that I needed to hide. The plastic covers (concealers) appeared to be well-made and durable. The given tape is really adhesive and worked perfectly. If you apply the tape incorrectly and then attempt to remove it from a painted surface, the paint may come off with the tape. I experienced this. The product's inadequate instructions were the only drawback I found. The directions listed on the package are ambiguous. I tried searching online for directions on how to connect the concealers, but I was unable.I was pleased and surprised with how the concealers appeared when they were applied. The concealers didn't stand out as much as I had anticipated. Additionally, I believed that the connections joining the concealers would appear unsightly. It looked better with the connections even when I tried turning them off (unions or whatever they are called).I've included images showing the before and after appearance. I wholeheartedly advise trying this stuff. It is reasonably priced. If you want your entertainment system to seem tidy, it is unquestionably a useful tool to utilize.

These were not at all as durable as I had anticipated. Since I was able to use a pair of scissors to trim the soft plastic to the appropriate size, everything worked out okay. The plastic is thin, but one of the "tubes" was already fractured when I got it. However, in general, these worked well and were not too difficult to control. If you're not the "DIY" type, you could find this process to be difficult. The directions weren't particularly clear, so I eventually had to work it out on my own. a very great cord hider for racetracks. I purchased it to hide two phone cables. It is a one cord raceway that could accommodate these two thin cables but not a single, extremely thick (3/8") HDMI cable. It contains numerous couplings and elbows in addition to 13' of "concealer." Wish I had taken prior pictures since they definitely offer a much cleaner appearance.Other than the tape problems, installation is pretty simple. I had more than enough material to hide the cords I needed to hide plus to hide one power cord from my television (see image #3).Cons: I believe it would be a much better value at roughly $2 less in price (why not five stars?). The two sided tape's backing was challenging to remove since the concealer kept coming off. Screwing in the horizontal runs was more comfortable for me. Despite the fact that they list it as a one cord concealer, it easily accommodated two phone cables, but we would have preferred a tee adapter. To allow the two wires to travel their separate routes, I had to cut a hole in one of the elbows (picture #4).

My wall-mounted TV's cable and power mess was completely cleaned up by this product. The plastic is strong but still simple to cut to the right length. Because I was fastening it to an outside stucco wall, I did utilize a "T" kind of expandable wall anchor. The covers click solidly into place, and the slots are big enough to fit many of wires. Now we'll see how it handles July temperatures of 120 degrees!
