I use Mason jars for a variety of purposes, including dry storage, freezing, and refrigeration. Plastic lids are much more practical than the 2-piece metal lids used for canning. These lids fulfill my needs exactly. I've only ever seen them in white, so the vivid colors are a welcome addition.
