Review:

An HD77M Skil Saw overhaul This is the oil that I purchased for the same. I've read that any gear lube, including Slick 50, will work, but because the saw is ancient, I decided against taking a chance.I drained the old oil after running it for a few minutes. Although the procedure instructed using kerosene to flush, I chose to use Lucas Fuel system treatment because I attempt to avoid utilizing flammables in my basement repair location. It is oil-based, has no smell, doesn't seem to catch fire, and works well as a cleaner. I gave it the Lucas treatment and ran it for two minutes. I then emptied the old oil out and replaced it.Saw operates flawlessly and slices uniformly.

2. DEWALT Track Saw Track, 59-Inch (DWS5022)

Informations:

Cutting with a zero clearance track saw results in precise, straight, and splinter-free cuts.

for absolutely straight cuts both ways

Dual-edged tracks on the track saw ensure completely straight cuts in both directions.#

Review:

Of course, the track saw system would not function without these fantastic tracks. If you want extra cutting length, though, I would recommend purchasing a longer track since it is virtually impossible to tie two tracks together.Even with a straight edge, aligning the two tracks properly when they are merged is practically difficult. Because you have to turn the track over to install and tighten the connector, the design is terrible. So you won't be able to see the course until you've finished. Additionally, there is enough play while assembling them that if you flip them over, the track will probably be bowing, which serves no purpose for this system.

Review:

Although I've always wanted to work for Festool, I couldn't justify paying so much money. For a large plywood work (130 sheets, several cuts), I bought this saw and track, and the productivity boost was significant. The track on the saw stays put and is simple to operate. Despite being expensive, you get what you pay for, and I won't be purchasing from Festool again.

Review:

I experience the same issue as other reviews. The sled and the track are in motion. I put everything together and used my circular saw to see if the play had disappeared. Sadly, nothing has changed. To remedy this issue, I'm going to get in touch with Kreg. I'll update my evaluation if Kreg provides me with any new information.5/10/17 UpdateI received a new accu-cut at no cost from Kreg. The second one had a similar appearance and was still in play. However, I discovered that the new one is different after using it. I was able to make more precise cutbacks and sense greater friction between the sled and the track. For smooth work, I used wax, and now I'm happy. It is obviously not Festool quality. but for me, it's accurate enough.*Kreg has a tolerance of 1/32 inch (or 0.7mm) for cutting accuracy. My first one exceeded the tolerance limit (over 1mm).

Review:

I'm very happy I bought this song. I finally have very precise cuts across long sheets thanks to building cabinets.Sled wobble or slop is a common complaint, as is track alignment.1. Add a thin strip of low-friction tape to the grooves on the bottom of the sled where it makes contact with the track ($5 on Amazon for 5 yards). immediate, fluid movement.2.) Align using a good, 6-foot aluminum level. While you tighten the set screws, have a second person hold the track pieces firmly against the straight edge. This actually requires a third hand, and it works out without any problems. I really wish the set screws used an Allen wrench instead of a Phillips screwdriver, but use a#1 size Phillips and you won't have an issue. The slightest degree of looseness while screwing set screws will result in a minor gap

8. Bora WTX Clamp Edge and Straight Cut Guide for Circular Saws | 50 Inch Cutting Length, 543050

Bora WTX Clamp Edge and Straight Cut Guide for Circular Saws | 50 Inch Cutting Length, 543050

Informations:

Review:

With the circular saw, this tool makes it very easy to make quick, reasonably straight rip cuts. It certainly beats attempting to plan boards with saw-compatible clamps. The thing that bothers me the most about it is that if you press the saw baseplate against the midpoint, there is a little bit of flex in the midpoint, which causes an imperfectly straight cut. Instead of utilizing this product on cuts that required precision, I purchased a solid aluminum straight edge, which was helpful. The Bora guide should be a little more strict, I had hoped. They ought to produce a robust steel version and simply charge more.Updated as of November 28, 2016- Now that the clamping mechanism no longer clamps tightly enough to prevent slippage, I am starting to become irritated. What's wrong with it is beyond my comprehension. My opinion is that I clamped so frequently in the same general area that perhaps something wore out; nevertheless, this would suggest a product problem as I am not a heavy user.

amps: 15/10 A#

Review:

I therefore purchased this switch to swap out the switch in my outdated Rockwell 34-010 electric miter box. About a year ago, the original switch broke, so I attempted this new switch after hearing that it worked in an ancient Delta miter box. I was able to determine how the contacts on this switch connect differently thanks to the wiring schematic. It's fantastic and I'd buy it again. It should last a long time because I am a hobbyist. Since it is a tight fit, I reused the original switch's insulating cover. As of June 23, 2016. I wanted to see if the switch had a satisfying tactile click. It is comparable to the original swap, in my opinion. Please see the brief video I posted.
