Very loud, good value. This is the first time I have used it, and I am aware that many people may disagree with it. This is something I bought to stop telemarketers from bothering me. I've used this whistle, which makes a good, loud sound, to call various events. The plastic had held up well enough that I could move around the wrestling mat while holding the whistle in place with my teeth. The whistle has been loud and powerful enough in a full gym that the children can hear it fairly easily without my having to blast the whistle vigorously.This is a very useful tool to have because your breath tends to be restricted when you're huffing and puffing around the mat attempting to reach excellent angles. I have not yet used the whistle outside, thus I am unable to comment on that. It certainly would work nicely for those objectives as well.

These are a decent purchase for the money. Although they don't have the best appearance, they nonetheless function perfectly. I initially believed they were ineffective, but it turns out you just need to blow HARDER. They emit a terrific, powerful sound. They are the items I got for my daughter to use as a volleyball referee. Compared to the more expensive plastic one I purchased at one of her tournaments, these function far better.
