Here are some tips on how to find the best combination grill-smoker for your needs.

1. Consider Size and Space: The size of your grill-smoker is important to consider before you make a purchase. You want to make sure you get a model that is large enough to accommodate the amount of food you’ll be grilling. If you’re limited on space, you may want to look for a compact model that still has features like a smoker box and adjustable grates.

2. Look for Quality Materials: The materials that are used in a combination grill-smoker are important to consider. You want to make sure that the grill is made with high-quality materials that will last. Look for models that are made with stainless steel or cast iron for the best results.

3. Consider the Features: Some combination grill-smokers come with additional features like a hot plate, warming rack, and rotisserie. Consider what features you need and what features you can do without to ensure you get the best value for your money.

4. Check the Reviews: Before you buy, take some time to read reviews from other consumers. This will help you get an idea of how well the grill-smoker works, as well as any potential issues you may come across.

Finding the best combination grill-smoker for your needs can be a challenge. But with a bit of research, you can find the perfect model that will expand your grilling options and help you make some delicious meals. Just remember to consider the size and space, the materials, the features, and the reviews before you make your purchase.

A like-new Traeger was purchased off of Craigslist, but the grease bucket was missing. Amazon came to the rescue.Although some reviews claim to have received a generic bucket, mine is authentic and bears the "Traeger" logo engraved on the side. Fits the grill perfectly, and after adding a bag of Traeger bucket liners, I'm ready to go. The liners are indeed a little bit shorter than the bucket, but it is simply the way they are constructed. Both were identified as the real deal.

All I have to say is "WOW."This small barbecue does excellent cooking! After my old Webber gave up the ghost, I gave this grill a lot of thought. It costs a lot, but ratings are excellent.I jumped in, and I can only express how impressed I am!Only a few nuts and bolts were required to install the grill, which only took five minutes. However, this item is incredibly well crafted. Strong and of excellent quality.I have to admit that this PK grills and smokes flawlessly after five cooking. The precise casting and air control ensure very equal heating. The steaks and hamburgers turned out perfectly, with lovely char marks. The smoked brisket was also delicious. It is a compact barbecue that is ideal for a small household.Quality-wise, it will last me till the end of time—and then some!I appreciate PK's efforts in reviving this classic.

Although I was concerned that it wouldn't fit my Weber Q3200, it does so flawlessly with the side tables folded down. I got exactly what I wanted there. The specifications in the listing may be inaccurate because it is unquestionably wider than 17". It has plenty of space. There is a side handle on it. I just got it, so I can't comment on its durability. After a few seasons, we'll observe what transpires. looks prettier than the brand name cover for half the price. Additionally, I found it really annoying as the right cover is meant to be used with the tables raised.

Okay, I don't write reviews often, so here we go. Currently own a Cook Shack electric smoker, a Weber gas smoker, and a Weber charcoal smoker. My Cook Shack Smoker wasn't producing enough smoke, and both of my brother-in-laws swear by their pellet grills, which is why I made the purchase. They discussed which brands they liked best while sitting on the porch of the lake cottage. Since he purchased it from the farm store and appreciated the price, he could deduct it from his farm's account. Second loved the Traeger's wifi because he could turn it on while driving home from work and check the temperature inside the house. Both also have drawbacks, such as the need to vacuum up the ashes, the requirement to utilize all the pellets before adding additional flavor, and the absence of a steak-heating option. As a result of this input, I decided to go with the Camp Chief PG24MZG even though it was $100 more expensive than the Z Grill and didn't have a wifi option. I just tried it once, but it worked well after running at 350 for half an hour (recommend); if I'd used it more, I might have given it a higher rating. It was easy to put together, and I don't think anyone would have to rip their hair out. No dings; only little scrapes where lid sits on grill. As screws fell into the hopper and needed a long magnet to be recovered, I advise laying the product catalog over the top of the hopper grate while mounting the hopper lid. Once completed, it takes two grown men and a boy to lift this grill because of its weight. I cooked a few T-Bones, first smoking them at 180 for 30 minutes, removing them off the grill, raising the heat to 400, and then putting them back on the grill to complete cooking. Actually got a wonderful smoked flavor, however I must admit I missed the flavor my Weber's charcoal gives off. We will see if the charcoal and oak pellets we ordered will be of any assistance. I'm eager to try brisket and am hoping for a lovely smoke ring. Hope this was useful. Updates will be made, butFirst of all, I've never kept as close tabs on an order's tracking as I did with this one. (Amazon updates far more slowly than Fedex tracking, by the way.) Today I received the grill, and it is like a fat boy Christmas!Couldn't wait to taste it, so I arrived at my house at 8:30, got her going by 9:00, added a FROZEN chicken breast at 9:30, and finished eating it at 10:15. Whoa, cow! Dayum! That was really good, really good. Given that the chicken was a brick, the pleasant surprise was unexpected. Excellent outcomes from a cook who I honestly assumed would be a sacrifice. Once the breast had sufficiently thawed, I turned on the wifi, inserted the food probe, set the meat probe's temperature on the app, and pulled the breast when it reached 165°. They were identical after being instantly read for confirmation. Now, I have absurdly high expectations for this.Revision: 12/10/2017The grill has been used about 30 times. It gets better the more I cook. Yesterday, I cooked burned ends with a Chuck roast. I created my own Chuck profile, and I don't know how it could have gone any better! Two 8-pound bone-in pork shoulders were cooked by me (cut in half, four 4 pound chunks.) Every single bite, the stunning bark, and the quarter-inch smoke ring left me speechless. Thirty people received two substantial sandwiches. Although I could have shred it finely due to the firm but delicate texture, I opted to leave it lumpy.Chicken wings are the only item I haven't cooked flawlessly on this device. I'm on a mission to discover that, experimenting with various dry brines and temperatures/times.No matter where you place the heat shield, this device's biggest secret is that the heat distribution is extremely unequal. I used an infrared thermometer and premium digital probes to map my own. The grill's right side was 50 degrees hotter than its left. I made the decision to add a second heat deflector specifically for low and slow meals after that. I did this by getting a cast iron griddle that is 10 inches in diameter. Just place it on top of the stock deflector after cutting the handle off. Right now, measured at the level of the grates, I have a 10 degree difference from right to left. (Which, by the way, are great. They are extremely simple to clean with a wire brush.)The Traeger Pellets are the best I've ever used as well. It would be nice if they had a peach variety.I've probably used 100# or more of pellets already, and whether I purchase them locally or online, they cost about $1 per pound.

As a result of reading negative reviews, I was a little hesitant to purchase this. I nevertheless decided to buy it and accepted the risk. And he adores it. He assembled it in a total of approximately three hours, and everything went together without a hitch. I'm very glad I gave him this gift.
