These are alright. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because they only hold 1/8 "both the FMS Bow Cord Lock Stopper and shock cord. The metal spring isn't stiff enough, and the oval opening is a little too big. As a result, 1/8 "If too much stress is used, these toggles will let go of shock cord and 550 paracord. And when I say too much, I don't mean outrageous. The FMS Bow can only fit a single strand of 750 paracord, whereas these have a wider hole that can take doubled 750 paracord.
