My eight-year-old adores Barbie. Our children spend a lot of time in hotels because we travel frequently. After a long day, some calm playtime is necessary. For a toy at this price, this travels beautifully and is quite durable. We adore using the tiny "toy box," as my daughter refers to it, to keep all the tiny stray parts together. If you need to lay it on its side while traveling, one piece of tape will keep it in place. Additionally, my daughter used stickers to embellish it. added a "personal" touch to it. The only thing I would say is to be careful since the big sticker that goes on the table at the foot of the bed rips VERY EASILY (me pulling it off the sticker sheet). Be really gentle as a result. She doesn't mind that we only have a brown object right now, and I'm sure stickers will soon cover it. If you don't have much space in your home for a huge Barbie house, this house is a good size. It is suitable for travel as well. Both adults and kids can use the carrying handle comfortably. The chair in the attached photos is occupied by a curvaceous Barbie. Barbie, who can be bent, is in the bed.

Overall, this is a typical Calico Critters product—highly detailed, adorably adorable, and decently well-made. This is arguably overpriced, like most products from this brand, but they can get away with it because they are so much nicer than any direct rivals (like Lil' Woodzeez), so I don't count it against them. It's just something to keep in mind when purchasing these as a functional children's toy rather than an adult collector's item. Although this is referred to as a girl's bedroom, the dress, nightgown, and slippers that come with the set are really made for adult Calico Critters rather than kids. Even though the nightgown and slippers were notably large, my Critter girl could still wear them. However, the nightgown extended significantly past her feet (maybe a centimeter, but that's a lot if you're barely two inches tall!).The clock and picture frame don't balance on the nightstand if the doily is under them, as indicated on the box, and the sides of the bedspread stick straight out instead of lying flat against the bed.

This doll house is lovely! But for now, I give it a 4.5-star rating.It arrived quickly. I put it together by myself in around 2.5 hours.Although using an electric screwdriver was helpful, I still managed to strip three of the screws. I don't know. I used every spare screw that was included in the package. Therefore, heed my warning and exercise caution:) Make sure you don't assemble the parts backwards, upside down, crocked, etc.You can prolong the life of your screws by doing that.Instead of using a video, I simply followed the instructions. Each component should be assigned a number, with 1 connecting to 2, 3, 4, and so on. In addition, I used the completed image on the box as a reference.All of the furniture is made of wood and is lovely. Barbie-sized dolls can stand up straight and sit in the chairs, but they are unable to lay down in the bed without their feet hanging out. But that is only a small flaw. My daughter uses it as a dollhouse for all of her dolls. Additionally, the nursery on the top floor is too small for the 12" dolls, but this is also not a major concern.It appears that the doll house is of good quality. However, it's too early to say. In a few months, I'll return for an updated review.In order to add more light, I also purchased battery-operated small string lights from Amazon and affixed them to the dollhouse's ceiling. It appears cute.

One of the best Barbie purchases I've ever made for my daughters is this one. They had an older Barbie house, possibly from 2012, and it was breaking apart from the moment we acquired it. They were devastated, but they persisted. I later discovered that they hardly ever used the Barbie house since something was continually coming loose. We erected this updated version rather quickly after it was delivered, and I thought it was much more attractive and solid in person. They are completely enamored with it and play with it all the time, which makes me happy because that is the whole idea of owning a Barbie house. I wholeheartedly endorse this Barbie dreamhouse.

My husband and I still can't believe how inexpensive this dollhouse was given all you got. The property itself is a great deal for the price, but the amount of furniture and accessories included is simply astonishing. One of the finest prices I have ever discovered for kids' toys. Because it took a long, we are glad we decided to wait until Christmas Day to put it together rather than attempting to do so on Christmas Eve (thanks in part to the advise provided here). A picture of the dollhouse and explicit descriptions of the contents are printed on the unwrapped (no brown paper) box, so proceed with caution. I was relieved that my children hadn't seen it before it was dropped outside the front door. But make sure you have a place to hide it; we have a big house and had to consider where to store the big box till Christmas for a long time.It says it is for ages 36 months to 7 years, but kids will like playing with this LONG past 7 years old, so I'm a little perplexed by the age range. Barbies are plainly designed to fit in it, and kids as young as 13 frequently love playing with them (my daughter doesn't play with Barbies, but she does use it for stuffed animals). It is inferior to the Barbie Dreamhouse (something I ached for when I was about 9-10 years old).Overall, I heartily endorse this dollhouse; just keep an eye on it and pay attention to the pricing. The cost was just over $100 when we purchased it, even though it is currently around $150 at the time of this review. I would still consider it a bargain even if we had spent $150 for it.

I had never constructed a miniature before. My 10-year-old loves doing crafts, and these rooms were adorable. They appeared time-consuming and complicated as well. Even though I wasn't sure if this was a good idea, I chose to try it. I bought the art studio and the greenhouse. Over the course of a few weeks, my daughter and I worked on these for one to two hours each day. She created the art studio, and I built the greenhouse. We had a great time! They were really entertaining and simple to construct. The directions were excellent. With the exception of the lighting fixture, my daughter created the entire art studio by herself. I had to help with that area because of the wiring. My spouse was really thrilled when he saw the finished rooms. He thought they were beautiful. Since then, I've bought the other two rooms (library and sewing room). We haven't gotten a chance to begin these yet, but we're eager to. The Robotime miniatures come highly recommended.

The holes weren't correctly aligned. Dog's head seems to be missing. 30TH PART IS MISSING. I know for a sure that the moment my nieces touch the little table, it will break (I'll probably return with some glue). began at 9:30 p.m. and ended at 3:30 a.m.When it was time for part 30 to begin, I was so angry. I double checked all the boxes, but the doll house is nowhere to be found. I know it's for a child, but the time and money it took to buy and construct it were enormous, and I'm disappointed that I'll have to give my niece her present partially assembled.
