What could possibly be disliked about this? Prices on Amazon are far less expensive than those at the neighborhood big box retailer for the same product. SIMpull NM-B (nonmetallic-sheathed) cable is made of copper wire as far as the product is concerned. It efficiently conducted electricity.Five stars for the product!

This 18 gauge wire is lightweight and simple to handle. Also, the insulator contains high-quality wire. Stronger strands that don't simply fall apart like many of the lighter gauge, low-quality wires in use today. The box it comes in to help with wire distribution is extremely nice. Keep the velcro strips covering the wire on because they prevent the wire from unwinding as you use the kit. I have been working on wiring that I had a custom shop rebuild in the dash of my 1966 Chevy truck. Who knew that tradition called for leaving cables unconnected, in bundles, and loose? In order to finish some of the unfinished work, I needed this in addition to a t-connector kit. Worth the investment. This kit is well made and affordable. I'm going to buy more to restock my store.

They were enjoyable to work with and I utilized them to create a drill press. I say enjoyable because I had to be clever about how I inserted it into a terminal without severing the wires because I had grossly miscalculated their size. They were generally enjoyable to work with and made creating the controller quite simple with how flexible they were, and I'm pleased that I now have a reliable circuit. 10/10 would repurchase and use in future projects

Today is the first opportunity I've had to work on adding electronic items to my old van using this cable. I have to admit that this 14AWG wire is more valuable than I had anticipated. Wire is stranded with actual copper wires rather than CCA and is isolated with a tough outer jacket. I could not believe that for the money I paid, I would receive 100 feet of such high-quality. Also made in the USA!

Three of these have been used by me. My goat fencing can be attached to mesh panels with the appropriate gauge of wire. The 14 gauge wire I tried to use was just too hard to twist. Although strong enough, 16 gauge is simple to bend and twist.

These silicon-insulated wires are of the highest caliber. Although the description stated that the maximum temperature was only 150C, the wires really have a 200C mark. It is crucial since they don't burn like less expensive PVC insulation during soldering. These flexible, low-impedance wires are the perfect for the soldering prototyping board because they don't have burned insulation. Deal also looks nice. Contrast this set with a less expensive one that has PVC insulation. The idea is to avoid getting wire spools tangled up while using them. If done incorrectly, it can be difficult to insert the spools in the box because the wires tangle.1. To prevent tangles when assembling, apply adhesive tape to the top of each spool before placing it in the box (picture 1)2. After inserting the spools, insert the wires into the corresponding holes in accordance with the color. Next, fold a piece of carton to place on top of the spools.3. At this point, you can take the tapes off the spools, fold the carton over the top to keep the wires inside the spools pushed, and fully close the box (picture 2)4. Tape the box flap as indicated in my photos, and the wire ends are ready to be pulled. I'm done now. These are particularly effective at making sure outside low voltage wire is watertight. Although I took the extra step of soldering all of my connections, I did use them. Although it may seem like a bit of overkill, each connection just takes a few minutes, and at least I won't ever need to go back and change anything. I used these and ordinary wire nuts after the soldering, and I then covered the entire connection in electrical tape.Although the grease or vaseline that is pushed out as you push and twist the wires in makes a mess of these nuts, they can easily hold three 16ga lines and give you some peace of mind.
