The most exquisite purple orchids on the market, without a sure, and well worth the price (and then some!) These were shipped to my mother's house. I did have to remove each orchid from its tiny glass water tube (not a big bother), and then I had to cut the stem ends off in accordance with the instructions. I then placed them in the included vase and filled it with lukewarm water. My mum was overjoyed when I delivered them to her at her bedside! My mother passed away still beaming at the orchids two weeks to the day after the orchids were delivered. The orchid stems were placed back in their vase, wrapped in moist paper towels, and placed between the seats of the U-Haul for the 800-mile trip home. When we returned home, I simply took off the paper towels, chopped the stalks off somewhat, and re-immersed them in tepid water. These orchids have been in my home for about a month now after being sent to my mother's house, and they are still as vibrant and lovely as ever. Highly suggested.
