The fact that it was large and my wife liked it made up for the rather high price. You'll need a shop air compressor or a shop vac with an attachment that fits the holes, I'll say that much. There are five inflated compartments, and utilizing one of those roadside 12 volt compressors will take at least an hour. Do not even consider inhaling it and blowing it up. My shop vac handled this quickly. The store vac was also useful for deflating this for travel.

This was a Christmas present for our son, who adores it to pieces. We used a shop vac and an electric pump (from an old air mattress) to inflate it up after finding a good review. Both worked beautifully, and it took us less than 20 minutes to inflate everything. We'll use a shop vac to complete the fast deflation so we can be sure there isn't any moisture left inside that could cause mold while the item is in storage. One stormy night, we left it out on the pavers, and it almost fully blew into the pool without any damage or concern. As the measurements show, it is rather big, and folding it back into the original box will be difficult. If you don't want to leave it up, be sure to include in the storage space because it is quite large.For the price, we will be glad to get at least one season out of the material, and ideally more. I'll provide updates as necessary, but so far, so good!
