This is crazy stuff. My nails grow and don't break because to how effectively it works. In order to prevent them from becoming too long, I actually have to file my nails. I always start by applying two coats. I use two coats of top coat if I'm using ordinary nail paint rather than the one that has a gel-like finish. I've been using it for a while; I start my nail growth in the spring, following a busy gardening season, and just keep going until the holidays, when they are pretty long and lovely. I file them down after the holidays and begin growing them once more in the late spring. adding a photo of my nails from November. a hue of plum. Since it is gel-like nail polish, it wasn't utilized as top coat in the photograph. I'm also sharing some other photos that were taken all over the year at random.

Before placing this order, I read the reviews. There is a LOT of stinging, a lot of folks said. As you can see in the photo, my nails were a complete mess. help with dry, damaged cuticles. 8/13/18 Take 25 years to nail bitter. Initially used "halt the bite," but changed to this for the growth support. I had a lot of bad behaviors, like picking, peeling, biting, and rubbing my fingernail across my lips. I also constantly kept my fingers in and near my mouth. Although I've only had it for a week, I think I'm going to like this nail therapy! According to the instructions, I should apply Foundation 2 as a base coat before using Intensive Therapy 2 and Renew Cuticle conditioner each day. Ridge Filler, Strengthener, and Renew are all contained in the bottles in the Nail Recover Kit. I have followed the order that was recommended by one of the online reviews: daily Filler, Strengthener, and Renew. I only gave the products a 4 out of 5 star rating since the directions do not correspond to the names on the product. But so far, I like the effect and simplicity. I'm hoping to see long-term improvements, and it's incredibly simple to apply.
