Customer care called me soon away and went above and beyond even though 3 of the 4 items arrived dented. I wonder if it was due to how they were stacked to ship out because all three of them had dents in the identical places on the top corners of the seat. Outside of the aesthetic damage, the material appears to be high, and the color is fantastic. On my terrace, they look beautiful. My experience with the black chairs was decent; however, the feet all started to rust after spending approximately 2 weeks outside. I notified the business, and they responded to me almost away. We then reached an equitable settlement! My advice is to utilize these exclusively outside. Spray-paint them inside and out with clear Rustoleum paint as soon as you get them! As I mentioned, the firm was timely and fair, and I absolutely adore my stools. I'll try to remove the rust as much as I can before painting mine! Good fortune! ❤️

I'm giving these stools 5 stars because they made a nice addition to my kitchen island and were so reasonably priced!The stools do have a strange, manufactured smell, as others have noted, but it disappeared once I washed them down.The fact that the stools were packaged without any foam to cover the topmost stool was the only thing that let me down about this seller. The highest stool's seat was worn from shipping even though the package had a clearly marked UP side. I also received the box upside down. The packing could have been a little bit better, but it's not a significant concern.

Two of these stools (the green ones) were purchased for our apartment's kitchen peninsula. Although rather comfy for a metal chair, I doubt you'll be using one of them for extended periods of time. The color in the image is fairly true; it resembles a hybrid of jade and John Deere green. Overall, we're pleased with these stools because they're significantly less expensive than anything we could locate nearby.But the packaging was terrible at the time I made my purchase. Both stools' backs had to be straightened because they were bent from being struck by the stool's lower half (loose in box). One of the stools had a broken support on the bottom, so we had to ask for a replacement as well. So make sure you thoroughly inspect them for damage and get in touch with Amazon immediately soon.

These seats are excellent! Despite reading complaints regarding missing pieces, I chose to take a chance because I liked the way they looked. Thank goodness I did! These seats look lovely. They require some assembly, but the instructions are straightforward. I got every component I ordered. Chairs dry out very rapidly. The metal has a lovely glittering luster. Just enough shine is present. The boxes were wrapped neatly and arrived undamaged. We looked around for a while for new patio furniture. These seats didn't let me down.
