This winter, I purchased a number of boxes of them, but they have NEVER come in cold packaging as promised (see photo of shipping box). I want them to arrive alive, so I'm apprehensive about ordering them this spring/summer. The cold product has been really effective; most of my daughter's gastrointestinal problems have vanished. After the first month, she started to see some progress. Since her gut has been strengthened, she no longer suffers from sporadic loose stools after eating and only occasionally becomes sick with a cold or virus.
