I get the Camco 43714 Shower Head Kit with On/Off Switch and 60" Flexible Shower Hose to swap out the shower head and hose that came with my travel trailer from the manufacturer. It took around 5 minutes to install. Simply take out the old one and connect the new one in two locations. The shower head is connected to one end of the hose, which is connected to the water supply. If I had needed to drill two holes to attach the shower head holder, my installation might have taken a little longer, but thankfully in my situation, the holes I used to hang the old hanger were the same as what I needed to hang the new hanging.A word regarding the hose fittings: the smooth fitting fits on the shower head end of the hose, and the end with the hex-shaped fitting goes on the source. Although it can be mounted the other way around, the supplies hanger will not fit if the hex fitting is placed on the shower head. I live in a 5th wheel camper, and this Dura Faucet RV Shower Head and Hose Kit is the ideal replacement. Complements the Dura Faucet Smoked Acrylic Knobs White RV Shower Faucet Diverter that I also bought. I was overjoyed to discover the replacement component on Amazon because it was so much less expensive there than it would have been at the RV store. Installation was simple and effective. The shower head's on/off switch is something I appreciate having access to. I had previously bought a shower head and hose combo with a pause button, but I returned it because I did not appreciate how the water continued to flow out even when it was off. If necessary, I would without a doubt buy this product again.

This has been installed for about a week, and I'm pretty happy with it. It was a struggle to fill my teapot with water because my old faucet was so short and near to the sink basin. Living in an RV already seems cramped, so having to deal with water shooting everywhere every time I did the dishes made things even more difficult. But with this faucet, it's so much simpler. It makes things easier, is incredibly lovely, and best of all, was inexpensive. It's constructed of wood rather than metal, which is a little unusual. If my water hose hadn't already been harmed, installation would have been simple. Overall, I believe anyone could install it with relative ease. Very much worth the $18 I spent!
