My shower's tile has a somewhat rough surface and is not entirely smooth. The adhesive didn't hold, as I had not anticipated it would. The best shower mirror I've ever used is by far this one. The idea to fill the space behind the mirror with water is brilliant and flawless. I wish you could just dump the old cold water out without having to tip the mirror over. As a result, I can't store my razors on it since they will fall out as I turn it to empty the water. A more user-friendly approach would be a release valve with a bottom button or trap door.

The mirror is incredibly clear, and for the last week that I've owned it, the anti-fog coating appears to be performing flawlessly. My only issue is that our small box shower and the mirror's protrusion from the wall make it quite uncomfortable. When it's not in use, I've discovered that tilting it all the way up and away from the wall as much as possible decreases the amount of space it takes up, which somewhat aids. I started out by purchasing the regular, smaller model of this item. I felt this one would be superior because I liked it. I just replaced mirrors because they both fit the same wall mount. This deluxe version's increased size appeals to me. I don't find anything wrong with the fact that it is installed horizontally, in contrast to certain people. However, I do concur with the reviews who claimed that the LEDs are useless. If you're shaving, they don't even remotely illuminate your face because they're so dim. Your option on that, however I don't think the price is too much and the quality is fine. Therefore, it receives 4 stars, and if the LEDs weren't pointless and the price were at least $10 less, it would have received 5.ADVANCE 2018: Mirror is still in good condition. There is a tiny split in the corner of the frame since I dropped it once while emptying the water after use. I'm not sure if it's because of that, but the mirror now drips extremely slowly when in use. My error, not a product flaw, does not in any way prevent me from utilizing the item. The LEDs continue to make me feel bad; they are essentially worthless. In fact, I'm going back to check to see whether the device has been updated with better lighting; if so, I would have purchased a new model. There is none, though. Mirrors are good, although lights are mostly decorative.

This small mirror is fantastic! I've now acquired two. I keep one for travel and one at home hanging in the shower (I use a suction hanger for my travel mirror). Since I almost always shave and trim my beard in the shower (I can't stand to do it at the sink), I adore having a mirror in the bathroom. It is less complicated than some other mirrors because of its modest size. This isn't the one you want if you're searching for a big, back-lit, swivel mirror. But if you want a straightforward, useful mirror that is inexpensive, simple to use, and easy to keep, I wholeheartedly suggest this one. Additionally, I'm considering purchasing another to leave at my parents' place (did I mention I really like having a mirror in the shower). Regarding the hook, I didn't even attempt to use it. It seems to be a fine hook (I like that it's not a suction hook, at least). Nevertheless, I favor a Command(tm) hook (if I ever want to move it, I can just use a refill adhesive strip). I bought this mirror in August 2016 and have had it in the shower for about two years. Now I want to buy it again. I've owned MANY shower mirrors, but this is by far the finest. They all fog up to some extent; to have a fog-free shave and rinse, simply dab your finger on some bar soap and wipe the mirror surface (works all these fog-less mirrors). Although I am aware that the manufacturer does not advise doing this, it works for me.I have a glass enclosure, so as far as clinging to a wall, it holds perfectly. The best course of action is for me to remove it from the glass whenever I'm finished using it and set it up on the ledge inside my shower so that I don't leave a ring on the wall or glass.
