The small dog enjoys sleeping in the bathroom's shadows. The only outlet in this ridiculous house is attached to the light above the mirror and is hooked into it. Cheapskates....... ridiculous. This was also the ideal solution because Mom and Dad are getting older. Mom slipped two nights ago and missed the bathroom. unable to see (macular degeneration and dark, bad combo). I feel such calm thanks to these lights. They are of high quality and perform exactly as they should. Nothing rattles; everything is sturdy. Motion detection is incredibly reliable and effective. If you're coming with me, make sure to get the soft whites. They lack the downward lighting, which I believe is preferable and more evenly disperses light. It seemed better to me to keep them closer to the wall. Put one too high to begin with, so I used some sticky-backed velcro instead of attempting to remove the sticky magnet at the time; it worked fine, just so you know. You literally cannot complain about the pricing of these. They are on my stairs, and they operate EXACTLY as they should! My wife has been pleading with me for almost a year to install lights for the stairs, and she is now happier than a pig in shit! I like the metal attachment (although it doesn't always function properly), but I mistook the white lights for the silver exterior casing. I guess my "double vision" failed me, but the lights are good, the doors are open, and it would be too much hassle to go back. When ordering, pay attention to the color and style; however, overall, silver lighting isn't as pleasant.
