The draft stopper was simple to install and delivered swiftly. I'm planning to get 2 more now that it has been there for a few days. The fact that it is waterproof is something I like. Make sure your door doesn't swing open when you open it, otherwise the stopper will come off and need to be replaced, as was described in another post. Fortunately, my door opens inside. This was purchased to address a considerable draft coming from a shared office door that opened onto a hallway with an outdoor door.The full set of 6 foam cylinders fit snugly in both sleeves, unlike some other reviewers.Due to the cinderblock nature of the wall, the door it is fitted in is flush on one side and set in on the other. It required some tweaking to fit the tube on the non-flush side so that the door could close, but it now functions flawlessly and has a tight fit to stop the draft.The unit tends to either frictionally or statically attach to the carpet, which causes it to swing out from under the door when it closes or opens, which is a significant problem we noticed with this device. By placing a piece of velcro on the sleeve, sliding it under the door, and removing the tape from the velcro's door side before pulling up on both sides of the stopper, we were able to remedy the problem. The velcro was then secured to the bottom of the door.It works perfectly after changing one side (trimming) and attaching the velcro.TL;DR: May need a little adjustment to meet your situation, but once adjusted for your needs, works excellent. Sleeves can easily fit tubes.
